What do you guys think of these things? On the one hand, I see why they went through the trouble to invent them—earbuds and headphones are problematic for races and safety. But as far as sound quality and sound leakage (everyone around you will hear it), I'm not sure this is the right answer...

These are really great links. I like the one with the core workouts because that will be the subject of my next article-- Abs, ugh. As for running, one of my goals is to start running...must add running to my routine, then swimming.
