Starting this month, Paul “Crazy Legs” Stofko will be answering your running and fitness questions through HellaSound.com.

Paul is the man. He's run over 200 races, including 12 ultras, 7 marathons and various 5 and 10ks. In addition to his degrees in Exercise Science and Dietetic Technology, he's an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and an RRCA Certified Running Coach. He's an athletic and personal trainer who also offers intensive weekend ultrarunning training sessions with Active at Altitude.
